Street Cricket; Agra, Uttar Pradesh, IndiaThis is ironic, most startups don’t really have the cash necessary to give their employees the perks some of the bigger companies hand out it stop them from going to these poor startups.

This article focuses on some very mature companies like InMobi which raised $200m in its last round. Not exactly a startup…but why let facts come in the way of a story everyone wants to believe in 🙂

To woo and retain employees, tech firms offer fringe benefits like marathon trainers, disco nights and gourmet meals.
